Premier Provider of Home Care Services Since 1999

About Us

Pamela McKinley and Jean BrighamFamily Tree Home Care is celebrating twelve years of operation servicing the elders of both Worcester and Middlesex counties. We offer carefully selected and trained caregivers. Each caregiver has been screened, with personal and professional references, and have also passed criminal background and nurse registry checks.

Our caregivers provide reliable, professional and compassionate care to elders in their homes, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and nursing homes. They provide care 2 to 24 hours a day, as well as for transportation to doctor's appointments, radiation/chemotherapy treatments, day surgeries, shopping and social events.

Family Tree Home Care can also provide live-in services.

We are proud to say that many of our caregivers have worked for Family Tree Home Care for years, and have also provided services to the same clients for as long as nine years.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to be an excellent source for clients, family, and facilities when an elder is in need of home care services.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to meet the needs of each client we serve in a dignified, professional and dependable manner.

Who We Are

We are Jean Brigham, a Registered Occupational Therapist, and Pamela McKinley, a licensed physical therapist assistant. We are sisters, co-founders, and Care Directors for Family Tree Home Care. We have been servicing the elder population of Worcester and Middlesex Counties for over 50 years combined. We have worked in the allied health field for many years, with extensive experience in geriatric rehabilitation and health care.  With our collective expertise, we understand not only transitional needs of people, but what is needed to maximize an elder's independence in the home or care facility. Our experiences have created a greater sensitivity to health issues, disabilities, and limitations, and the importance of the family network. Additionally, we have worked closely with other members of medical teams for years, and so we are comfortable establishing relationships with doctors, physical assistants, nurses, and hospice teams.

As care directors, we manage every case no matter whether the need is for 2 hours of care or 24 hours of care.  Consequently, we can honestly say that we have made every effort to target and meet the needs of every client, and their families. The result is good care, comfort, confidence, and peace of mind, for those involved.

When you choose Family Tree Home Care, it is truly our family taking care of yours!
